DERING LIMITED provides smart health monitoring devices and their associated applications. Users can monitor their health data through these devices, view data analysis and receive health advice via the application, and participate in incentives and transactions through HealthToken presented in the form of points. The name "HealthToken"
is a tentative name and may change in the future.

4. User Accounts
Registration: Users must provide accurate personal information for registration and are responsible for the security of their accounts.
Account Security: Users must keep their account information secure and not share their accounts with others. If an account is compromised, users should immediately notify the Company.
Account Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate user accounts if users violate this Agreement or any applicable laws and regulations.
5. Rules of Use
Legal Use: Users must use the Services legally and not engage in any unlawful activities.
Health Data: Users agree that the health data collected by the devices will be used for service provision and improvement.
Intellectual Property: The Company owns all intellectual property rights to the content within the Services, and users must not infringe upon these rights.
Unauthorized Access: Users agree not to purchase, sell, rent, or lease access to the website or Services to any third party without prior written consent from the Company; and not to log in or attempt to log in to access the website or Services through any unauthorized third-party software, integration, application, or system.
Virtual Digital Wallet Security: Users are responsible for the security of their virtual digital wallets. The Company is not liable for any loss due to computer viruses, wallet theft, etc.
6. Token Use
Points-form HealthToken: Users earn HealthToken in the form of points through healthy behaviors. These points can be used to purchase services and products. The name "HealthToken" may change upon the mainnet launch, and the user agreement will be updated accordingly.
Transaction Rules: Users must comply with relevant rules and laws when conducting token transactions on the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the Services. Users use the Services at their own risk.

8. Modification and Termination
Modification of Agreement: The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time and will notify users via email, app pop-ups, or other means. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Agreement.
Termination of Services: The Company reserves the right to terminate the Services at any time and will notify users in advance.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes related to this Agreement will be resolved by the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
